Can I buy the furniture at the end of my subscription?
Yes, it is possible to keep the items you desire to own after a certain subscription period. The minimum subscription period and buying option price are indicated on the product page.
How do I make my payments?
The monthly payment is charged every month from a credit card or a SEPA direct debit.
Can I cancel my subscription before the end date?
Yes, if you need to end your subscription early, we will simply adjust your payments as if you had chosen a shorter duration, to reflect the actual length.
What documents I have to provide to subscribe to furniture?
- A copy of your ID card - A picture of you showing your face - A proof of address, can be a utility bill or a rental agreement.
What if I damage the furniture?
We ask you to respect and treat the furniture as it were your own. We don't charge any fees for normal wear and tears. For more serious damages, repairs and replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis by our team.
