If you need assistance during your contract, we are here to care for your furniture : we do maintenance, cleaning and removal as well.

Our subscription and leasing contracts include a Damage Cover:
- Normal wear and tear (small scratches, minor marks) → no extra charges.
- Major damage → repairs or replacements are billed with a deductible of 10% of the item’s value.
To report damage, send us photos/videos by email; our team will assess the best solution.
