My work starts with an initial conversation with my clients. I take the time to break down their wishes, but also the different constraints, the way they want to live in their new space, and what they expect from me in this project. After this exchange, I present them with different atmospheres, which we validate together, and then I move on to working on 3D plans or shopping lists with very specific items. I like to work in a funnel method — it avoids many surprises and misunderstandings!
