Designing an engaging 210-square-metre office with collaborative meeting spaces.

Undertaking the office setup for a leader in culture design presented a unique opportunity for our team. The successful execution of this project was facilitated by our well-established partnership with Kymono and Enky, which provided us with an in-depth understanding of their requirements.

We outfitted their 210-square-metre workspace to mirror their dynamic workstyle and core values, with an emphasis on a vibrant, lively, and illuminated environment. The office layout encompasses various meeting rooms and three expansive zones that collectively foster a vibrant community atmosphere.

Design and aesthetics were considered paramount as evidenced by our choice of Alki's Lan chairs, which offer exceptional freedom of movement, and Mobitec's Mood chairs for those who value stability in their seating arrangements.

What kind of furniture is elegible for leaseback?

We accept most types of high-quality furniture, from desks and chairs to lounge pieces and beds, as long as it’s in good condition and meets quality criteria. We’ll assess this during the valuation.

How much can I actually get back?

Typically, you can recover up to 70% of your furniture’s original value, depending on quality, brand, condition, and volume.

Do I need to move or reinstall anything?

Not at all. The furniture stays exactly where it is, there’s no disassembly, no transport, and no interruption to your daily operations.

How long is the lease period?

You choose. We offer flexible terms typically ranging from 12 to 72 months depending on your needs.

What happens at the end of the lease?

You’ll have several options: extend the lease, return the furniture, or purchase it at a reduced cost.

Who owns the furniture once I sign the leaseback?

Enky becomes the legal owner, and you lease it back through fixed monthly payments. This allows you to move the cost from your balance sheet to your operating expenses.

What about maintenance and replacements?

We handle it. If anything breaks or needs upgrading during your lease, we’ll repair or replace it, no extra admin on your side.

What is the minimum amount for furniture leaseback?

As long as the total value of the furniture is over €10,000, our leaseback solution is open to businesses of all sizes.

What's the process to get started?

Just book a free consultation. We’ll assess your furniture, provide a quote, and if you accept, you’ll receive funds shortly after and the lease begins.
