How long is the lease period?
You choose. We offer flexible terms typically ranging from 12 to 72 months depending on your needs.
What happens at the end of the lease ?
You’ll have several options: extend the lease, return the furniture, or purchase it at a reduced cost.
Who owns the furniture once I sign the leaseback?
Enky becomes the legal owner, and you lease it back through fixed monthly payments. This allows you to move the cost from your balance sheet to your operating expenses.
What about maintenance or replacements?
We handle it. If anything breaks or needs upgrading during your lease, we’ll repair or replace it, no extra admin on your side.

What is circular purchase?
You buy premium furniture, new or refurbished, and become its owner upon delivery. You can then sell it back to us within 10 years, at a price based on its condition and time of use.

- You help reduce waste by extending the furniture’s lifespan.
How does buy-back work?
We assess the buy-back value based on:
- The condition of the furniture.
- The time since purchase.
